Sycamore Maple A Grade Slab 1927-1-1 RL1S ELE6

Weirdly shaped Wonderful Wood, Scycamore slab, resawn flat, entirely upper face and three reference points on underside, the slab sitting flat of an even thickness. Pinhole borer throughout, small black pepper holes, one of the wet wood borer species, long gone from raising their offspring now the wood is milled from the log, seasoned and dry, no dry wood borer present. Air dry at resawing early April 2025, now residing in dry store, working its way down to an target moisture content of 11-12%.
