Medium size Black Walnut plinth slab with figure. This log has been allowed to decay. The sapwood outer has almost fully disintegrated over the past ten years. The heartwood is sound and a rich dark brown. This sapwood can be removed to reveal heartwood natural edges. Suitable for a rich dark polished Plinth Bench Seat. Presently air-drying milled 12th September 2021. Requires 12 months prior to further resawing and or kiln conditioning. Price presently set for wet sawn.
